1. General Information

This website provides information, diet consultation, and nutrition-related services offered by Dietitian Chanchal Prajapati (MSc Food & Nutrition, NDEP – Certified Diabetes Educator).
Services are provided online between 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM from Indore, India.
By using our website or booking a consultation, you agree that you are 18 years or older and capable of entering into a legal agreement.

2. Services Offered

We provide online diet and nutrition services including but not limited to:

Weight management plans
Disease-specific diets (Diabetes, PCOD, High BP, Cholesterol, Liver/Kidney care, etc.)
Child nutrition
General health and wellness diet programs

Each plan is customized as per your health condition and lifestyle.

3. Payment Terms

All payments must be made in advance before the service begins.
Once full payment is received, clients are eligible for a 5% discount on the total amount.
The project timeline or diet plan delivery will start only after the payment has been completed.
Any delay from the client’s side (e.g., incomplete details, missed response) will extend the delivery timeline by a maximum of 10 days. Beyond this period, we reserve the right to close the project without further notice.

4. Refund & Cancellation

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy, available on the website.
No refund will be provided once the consultation or diet plan has been delivered.

5. Health Disclaimer

The diet plans and advice provided are based on the information you share.
We do not replace medical treatment or advice from your physician. Always consult your doctor before starting any diet or supplement plan.
Results may vary depending on individual body type, lifestyle, and medical conditions.

6. Client Responsibility

Clients must provide accurate and complete health information during consultation.
Any incorrect or incomplete details may affect results, and we will not be responsible for the same.
Following the plan consistently is essential to achieve expected outcomes.

8. Intellectual Property
