At Dietitian Chanchal Prajapati, we strive to provide high-quality diet consultation and personalized nutrition plans. Please read our refund policy carefully before booking a service.
1️⃣ Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only for prepaid services if the consultation or service cannot be delivered by us.

Refunds are not applicable once the diet plan or consultation has been provided.
2️⃣ Cancellation by Client

You may request a cancellation up to 24 hours before your scheduled consultation.

Refunds for canceled appointments will be processed within 5–7 business days.
3️⃣ Partial Refunds

If you purchase a package or monthly plan and request a refund after using part of the service, the refund will be pro-rated based on the unused portion.

Any discounts or offers applied at the time of booking will be adjusted in the refund amount.
4️⃣ Method of Refund

Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used during booking (UPI, Paytm, Google Pay, or bank transfer).

We will notify you via email or WhatsApp once the refund has been processed.
5️⃣ Non-Refundable Cases

After the diet plan has been delivered.

After the consultation has been completed.

If the client fails to attend the scheduled online consultation without prior notice.
